Rôle principal du poste
Sous la direction du chef d’équipe, le manutentionnaire est responsable de s’assurer que les produits sont placés là où ils doivent l’être, avec précision et en temps opportun.
Le manutentionnaire doit s’assurer que ses activités sont conformes aux normes BPF, telles que définies dans GUI-0001 “Bonnes pratiques de fabrication” et GUI-0069 “Lignes directrices sur le contrôle environnemental lors de l’entreposage et du transport des médicaments”.
Responsabilités principales Production : Au moyen d’un système électronique ou manuel, le manutentionnaire va chercher le bon produit et la bonne quantité indiqués sur le bon de commande et le met dans la boite ou le sac. Le manutentionnaire doit prévenir le superviseur ou le chef d’équipe si la quantité de produit sur les étagères est insuffisante pour remplir la commande, et doit s’assurer que les normes d’entretien des lieux et les lignes directrices sont suivies. Stocks : Le manutentionnaire doit déplacer le bon produit et la bonne quantité, de l’aire de réception ou de surstockage vers le lieu de prélèvement, en suivant les directives sur l’étiquette. Expédition : Le manutentionnaire doit retirer le produit de la ligne et le mettre sur la bonne palette, afin que le produit soit livré en temps opportun à la bonne destination.
Trier les sacs selon leur taille
Trier les glacières, les contenant en styromousse, ainsi que tout article retourné dans ces contenants, puis les acheminer au service approprié.
Compétences
Doit être en mesure de travailler dans le réfrigérateur
Doit pouvoir soulever et déplacer des articles pouvant peser jusqu’à 60 livres
Doit avoir de l’expérience en transactions liées aux stocks
Doit pouvoir marcher et rester debout pendant le quart de travail
Doit pouvoir travailler avec les walkie-talkies BT
Doit pouvoir faire des mouvements répétitifs, y compris se pencher et faire des rotations
Doit pouvoir travailler dans un milieu où le rythme est rapide
Doit avoir fait des études au niveau secondaire
Doit avoir d’excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles
Doit être bon communicateur
Doit avoir de bonnes compétences en mathématiques et être attentif aux détails
De l’expérience de travail préalable dans un entrepôt serait un atout

Lundi, mardi et jeudi 17h à 1h30 + sur appel

Primary Role of This Position
Under the direction of the Lead Hand, the Material Handler will be responsible for ensuring that product is put in its location in an accurate and timely manner.
The Material Handler shall ensure operations are compliant with applicable GMP standards as defined by GUI-0001 “Good Manufacturing Practices” and GUI-0069 “Guidelines for environmental control of drugs during storage and transportation”.
Major Responsibilities Production: Utilizing either an electronic or manual system, the Material Handler picks the correct product and quantity as specified in the order and puts it in the tote or box. They would notify the Supervisor or Lead Hand where there is insufficient product on the shelves to meet the order and ensures that proper housekeeping and guidelines are followed. Stock Duty: The Material Handler moves the correct product and quantity from receiving or overstock to the pick location following label instructions. Shipping: The Material Handler removes product from the line and puts it on the appropriate skid so that the product is delivered on time to the right destination.
Sorting totes by size
Sorting coolers, Styrofoam containers, and any incoming return items from these containers to the appropriate departments
Other duties as required to meet company objectives
Qualifications
Must be able to work in the fridge
Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 60lbs
Experienced at all stock-related transactions
Must be able to walk and stand for 8 hours
Walkie (BT) experience
Repetitive movement which could include bending and twisting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Partial high school
Excellent organizational skills
Good communication skills
Good math skills and attention to detail
Previous warehouse experience is an asset

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 5:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. + on call
