Primary Role of This Position
The FO Integration Developerwill play a critical role in Kohl & Frisch’s digital transformation by developing and implementing integration solutions between Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO) and the new Customer and Vendor Portals (CVP) on Power Pages. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements and designing technical solutions to optimize ERP integrations, ensuring a seamless data flow across systems. You will take ownership of the technical architecture, participating in quality reviews and ensuring that all development meets Kohl & Frisch’s standards and requirements. Your work will include utilizing Dual Write and other integration tools for real-time or batch synchronization, overseeing technical aspects until system handover, and ensuring that security practices are rigorously applied throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you’ll contribute to process documentation, develop and test custom workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with business objectives.
Major Responsibilities
Robust technical background with D365 FO, specifically in ERP implementations and integrations.
Minimum of 5+ years of ERP development experience
Adept at business process mapping and requirement analysis, with a demonstrated ability to streamline workflows and reduce development effort
Strong understanding of D365 FO functional capabilities (Financials, Project Management and Accounting, Manufacturing) with the ability to lead technical workstreams effectively, ensuring seamless data interfacing and integration with CVP
Minimum of two full lifecycle ERP implementations, including technical leadership in integration and data conversion workstreams
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or a completed University Degree or College Diploma.
Hands-on experience with Dual Write and Logic Apps for real-time data synchronization
Proven experience with Azure DevOps and Life Cycle Services (LCS) for managing development and deployment
Technical skills in ERP project environments, including X++, AX 2009/2012, and integration with Power Pages
Knowledge of best practices in ERP security and compliance throughout the development lifecycle
Familiarity with Azure services, including Logic Apps and Service Bus, for integration development
Strong process documentation skills and experience in quality management reviews
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and source control management for ERP implementations
Relevant certifications demonstrating expertise in D365 FO, Azure, or Power Platform
